Love the Mount Pleasant cause its pleasant. The view it so perfect and you aren’t even downtown! Went to work and logged on and booked for a course about the TOFELibts. One of my students from Croatia brought me elk pasta. It was so good. Then went for a jog around Olympic Village. So far a good day. Can’t wait to not work tomorrow night. Love this Canadian Idol singer from Toronto.

Saturday! So much to do.

Difficult Day Great Evening

I had a really tough day. But I managed to pull it all together. Carlo was so nice to come and get me. Felt bad he waited for at least a half an hour or more. We hit the hood for a bite to eat and then went for a cruise over the Lions Gate. It was all freshly painted and lit up. Then we headed down Marine Drive listening to New Kids on the Block!! lol… so funny … it reminded me of my family and our strange penchant Rick Astley. Then we hit Little Italy and passed by his families place. It really made me realize I live in a Downtown bubble. Then saw the new casino they are building in Burnaby. Topped it off with an apple pie from McDonald’s. Feels like summer isn’t finished yet.
